In Russia, families are running to avoid their men being drafted to fight in Ukraine

Tearful scenes of families being torn apart and thousands of men trying to avoid conscription are happening in Russia in response to Vladimir Putin’s “partial mobilization” to try and prop up his efforts in Ukraine, impacting an already devastated society.
