***Voter turnout is generally y 66 % according to auditors (Dr. Frank argues it is probably lower than 50%). The red line (votes) should not come close to, touch, or go over, the blue line (population). In other words, if the red line (votes) is close to the Blue line, around 80% voter turnout, or touches (100%), or goes beyond (100+%) it is probably fraudulent ghost votes.
Please excuse the "FL" in the graphs, as it should be "SD". Dr. Frank travels a lot, so it is understandable...
