Cossack Squats to TEST Hip Mobility
Cossack squats are a unique lower body movement that functions as both a leg strengthener and a mobility builder. The Cossack squat requires adequate mobility at the ankle, knee, and hip for an increased range of motion. Cossack squats build adductor strength, and strong adductors are key for developing a strong squat. Cossack squats are a frontal plane exercise, which is a fantastic change from most traditional exercises that are performed in the sagittal plane.
