Atlanta Police Arrest Burglary Suspect After He Burglarized Ruby Chow’s Restaurant

On September 21, 2022, at around 12:15 am, Zone 6 Atlanta police officers were dispatched to a business burglary at 620 Glen Iris Dr (Ruby Chow's Restaurant). The 911 caller advised they observed a male wearing a light gray shirt climbing out of a shattered window to the business and carrying an object.

Zone 6 officers arrived on scene within minutes and were able to quickly locate and detain a male matching the description given by the 911 caller. Upon further investigation, the male was in possession of multiple bottles of alcohol taken from the restaurant's bar area. A representative from the restaurant arrived on scene, reviewed surveillance footage, and confirmed with officers the male was the person who broke into the business and stole the bottles of alcohol.

The male was placed into custody and identified as 55-year-old Earvin Felton. He was charged with Burglary and transported to the Fulton County Jail without incident.
