I drastically changed my diet since being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Now I’m hungry all the time, and I have constant headaches. What am I doing wrong?

Dr. Paul Marik says don’t give up - it takes time for the body to adjust to new lifestyle and diet changes. He says do it slowly and take time. Dr. Marik says eat real food, just once or twice a day. He recommends relaxing and exercising as well and keep your stress levels down.
