A 50 year old patient had swelling in his neck and jaw for 6 months. Lymphoma labs were normal. Went into the hospital with hip pain and found a pathologic hip fracture and diagnosed with malignant melanoma with rapid progression. Dr. Whaley discusses the treatment for this patient.
