I love love love training shoulders! It makes me look and feel so much more lean and toned.

Grab a weighted plate and let's go!

Method:
1. Shoulder press with plate 1 minute 4 rounds
2. Side raise into front raise (one movement) 12x4
3. Single armed upright row 12x4 each arm (i love these)
4. Front raise with plate 12x4
