Dog Attacks Police Officer After Owner Fails to Hold the Dog Back

In a video released on Thursday from the Elk Grove Police Department, a woman is shown submitting her dog over to animal control on July 15, 2022, in Elk Grove, California, and losing control of her dog after it jumped at police and bit an officer.
