Peter Frampton and Ringo Starr do the honors for today's Segue City Special as the Mayor gets situated again in the studio while we're out and about and having the time of our lives... it has been gloriously beautiful around here of late and we want to continue to enjoy every minute of that. But, just the same, we won't miss watching the UGA game tomorrow as Kent State gets a payday for being kicked up and down the field for 60 minutes for a million dollars or more... it will be a good practice scrimmage before the Dawgs have to start playing real football teams...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
