What is an agency lender in multifamily apartment investing in the United States?

Good question.

Some examples would be: Government-sponsored enterprise (GSE) including Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA or Fannie Mae), Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (FHLMC or Freddie Mac), and the Federal Housing Administration (FHA).

Most multifamily investors in the United States use the term “agency lender” when referring to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

I offer education and training to landlords, engineers, doctors and dentists, and many others that would like to learn how to enjoy the benefits of multifamily as quickly as possible. If that sounds interesting contact my office by going to www.benjaminzmiller.com and fill out the contact form.

I hope that helps and good luck with your investing!
