2) monitoring the implementation of costs on a work package by work package basis with proper analysis and assessment of realised costs; 3) managing work packages where cost deviations occur and taking targeted corrective action; 4) informing relevant project personnel of approved cost changes and adjusted cost base plans; 5) preventing improper unauthorised costs from being included in project costs
