The Historical Narrative is Wrong

We live in a world where, throughout history, whenever the establishment agreed upon consensus reality is questioned, the source is ridiculed into oblivion, with the herd usually mindlessly going along with it. However, time and time again, mavericks have brought their new discoveries to the public eye regardless of the antagonism; only later to be proven correct with scientific advancement. So is it really so odd of an idea that the historical narrative is wrong despite this being an objective fact backed up by irrefutable evidence? Look up what happened to the man that discovered the Dead Sea Scrolls. Or St. Augustine talking about an early idea of evolution. Gregor Mendel and genetics. Copernicus and Galileo. Hungarian physician Ignaz Semmelweis, who was heavily ridiculed for suggesting surgeons wash their hands before surgery. Joseph Lister. Robert H. Goddard. And I could go on and on covering a variety of scientific categories but I'm sure you get my point. These people from history that changed the narrative are myriad. The fact is, we actually know very little about the true story of humanity. The following is a compilation of information that raises eyebrows at the validity of the accepted narrative of history.
