Are you so busy that you are just not present with those you are with? Is your life plate so full that you can’t even give an ounce more of yourself to others? Who gets the short end of the stick when you are overburdened? It is usually those who have invested much in your life, they get overlooked when your life plate is too full. Time is short. To use our time on what matters most today, we truly need to be navigated by God’s Holy Spirit. God is with us. God wants to be a part of our lives. If we give God the first minutes of our day, sit before Him, yield our lives to Him, our next 12 hours to Him, He will make them matter. Because life is so short, we need to make a priority to invest the time we have been given in a way that matters.

Think About It! There is someone who has invested much in your life, but you are so busy with everything that you have put on your life-plate, that you keep putting off talking with them. I will do it tomorrow. Famous last words. Those who invest much in you, they are the people that matter, the ones who have given you much. Use your time wisely, start with God first, He has given you much, yet you do not have time to spend with Him. Really, I am not meddling in your personal life, I am just giving you the best wisdom ever. Clear the things off your plate and let God put back the ones that matter. Take a deep breathe, listen up and be navigated by God, make your time matter.

Be present in the lives of those that matter, don’t lose that opportunity to be and encourager to those who have invested much in you. Take a moment to contact them, be present in their lives, make them feel visible, valuable and viable to you. Don’t be so busy that you fly in and fly out of people’s lives barely noticing them, missing those divine appointments that God has for you in that moment. Make your time matter, because life is short, and you don’t want to miss the opportunity to be present in the lives of those who have blessed your life so much, especially the Lord God.

Give God your best time, be present with Him, make it personal with Him, not just a duty devotional time, but a deeply related, vital-vertical relationship with God. Being so busy, that you are not aware of God, not present with God, not listening up to God, not connecting heart to heart with God, means time spent, time flying by without mattering eternally so. Don’t be that busy, busy person, be Present with God, be present with others, make your time matter. Dig Deeper:
