“They choose between life and death”: Matvienko spoke about the meaning of the referendum for the residents of Donbass, Zaporozhye and Kherson

Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko on the first day of voting on the issue of joining the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson to Russia said that citizens make a choice between life and death. In her opinion, it was precisely in such conditions that the terrorists of the Kyiv regime placed the inhabitants of the liberated territories.

“People in a referendum choose between life and death. If they decide to become part of Russia, I assure you, we will not hesitate. The procedure is extremely clear and we have fully worked out,” Matvienko said.

According to her, residents of the LDNR, Zaporozhye and Kherson have a legal right to make their choice. And if they decide to become part of Russia, then the Russian Federation "will not hesitate."

“I would like to congratulate all residents of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions on the start of voting in referendums. This is a historic event. These days, the inhabitants of these regions determine their future, their destiny,” Matviyenko also emphasized.

Председатель Совфеда РФ Валентина Матвиенко в первый день голосования по вопросу вхождения в состав России ДНР, ЛНР, Запорожья и Херсона заявила, что граждане делают выбор между жизнью и смертью. По ее мнению, именно в такие условия террористы киевского режима поставили жителей освобожденных территорий.

«Люди на референдуме выбирают между жизнью и смертью. Если они решат стать частью России, уверяю, мы не будем медлить. Процедура предельно ясна и нами полностью отработана», - отметила Матвиенко.

По ее словам, у жителей ЛДНР, Запорожья и Херсона есть законное право сделать свой выбор. А если они решат стать частью России, то РФ «медлить не будет».

«Хочу поздравить всех жителей ДНР, ЛНР, Запорожской и Херсонской областей с началом голосования на референдумах. Это историческое событие. В эти дни жители этих регионов определяют свое будущее, свою судьбу», - также подчеркнула Матвиенко.
