We wake in the morning and we're met with a rush of anxiety, stress and negativity.
All of us have ups and downs. Some days may be great, super positive and relaxing, but there are days when we get caught up in the trapping of work and life. So many deadlines to meet, tasks to accomplish, meetings to attend to. The world entices us to focus on negative stuff, like materialism, money, popularity, ego, fame, controversial issues and constantly seeking external validation.
How do we avoid being negative? Being positive all the time is just not realistic.
