EMF Attacks Using Radiation Sound Waves From Family Living Above Us

Gang Stalkers are a terrible illness in Canada and indeed around the entire Globe. Electronic Magnetic Fields begin as Electronic Harassment and Torture but grow to actual touchless murder. These evil people cause strokes, heart attacks, cancer and a long list of other pains and ailments, some minor and many very serious health concerns.
This is only one of more than one hundred videos recorded to show police something is really going on.
This family who live above us have been attacking us with their microwave weapons (homemade or other).

These evil weapons have the ability to trigger severe heart palpitations, burning eyes, severe numbness, muscle injury, muscle spasms, headaches, trouble walking, pain in hands and all over the body and much more. They have often raised my healthy heart rate from 76 BPM all the way to 146 BPM in under 2 minutes! They even have the ability to target the stomach with burning pains that eventually can cause severe damage. The fear and pain from this family's attacks on us are unfathomable and it makes it all so much worse when no one believes you. They know this and they lavish themselves with our pain which completely qualifies them as psychopaths and sociopaths.
The thought that they often have a child running around in their top floor apt is troubling to say the least. The middle management of their criminal terror organization failed to tell that it is extremely dangerous operating their weapons and the radiation sound waves don't just hurt my Wife and I but these sound waves travel downwards into businesses below in every direction.

My Wife has experienced most of their other horrible and cowardly attacks just like I have but they mostly concentrate on attacking me. One very sick attack they do to us both is to cause the muscles in our throats to suddenly stop working, which makes it absolutely impossible to swallow while eating. This is horrific and they do this to us whenever we eat! I am always feeling their "buzzing" attack on my legs. In one occasion, They caused my entire lower body to go numb! Yes I realize that you are saying see a doctor and well we have and continue to do so.
Please watch this video and listen to their constant whispering on the floor above and consider this one fact: They mostly hit their EMF weapons triggers whenever I move, this is plain to see and hear.
