Can you help the Boy pay $2339.90 to Mr Ong Ye Kung please?

I promised you that I would update you about the Boy Vs OYK Lawsuit. As you might have heard, the Judge in her judgement on the 29th March has decided to grant the striking out of the application based on section 27 of the Government Proceedings Act to disallow the claim. As such, we haven’t been able to even present the evidences that we have in court. Anyway, I won’t be talking about the details of that suit in this video, but to appeal to you to help raise some money for the boy who has been ordered to pay $2339.90 to Mr Ong Ye Kung.

AGC had originally asked for $5000 plus damages to be paid to Mr OYK. Judge reduced it to $2000. After adding all the admin charges it is now $2339.90.

Of course our lawyer has mentioned that the child, being 10 years old has no money of his own. The mother being a housewife also has no money of her own and appealed for there not to be any financial damages to be paid.

Despite having little money of my own, I have made out a cashier order of $2339.90 first. As you are all aware, I’m doing Healing the Divide work full time and I also don’t have much money of my own so I’m appealing to all of you, if you can all chip in to help the boy cover the costs of the damages being awarded to Mr Ong Ye Kung.
