冥想方法?
冥想,大家都誤認為只有坐在那裡才是冥想,甚至還專門為冥想設立了一堂課程,實際上隨時隨地可以進入無思慮的這種狀態。例如體位法、觀察呼吸也可以進入DHYANA,做體式的時候通過呼吸移動身體,當用呼吸移動身體,當身體達到極限的時候已經處於一種DHYANA的狀態,有人把體式運動叫做移動冥想。移動冥想從什麼作為入口,通過一段時間來觀察我們的身體,會發現在身體裡有可控的部位和非可控制的部位。
可控:比如移動身體、眨眼、吸氣、閉氣,是你可以控制的。
非可控:比如指甲、頭髮的生長是你無法指揮他的,是你不能夠控制的。
冥想是從我們身體的可控部分為入口的。例如:把手做一個高度的彎曲,當你彎曲伸展,伸展到極限的時候,思維在這個時候就停止了,瑜伽很多體式要求盡量做到身體的極限,到達身體的極限後意識進入到了感知的狀態,進入DHYANA的狀態。 PRANAYAMA中的YAM具有另外一層意思:無限擴充,無限伸展的意思,做一個體式達到無限伸展的時候,就進入了DHYANA這種狀態,練體式是使用了身體的極限,身體的運動後很多老師會設一些燭光冥想、OM聲冥想、觀照呼吸的冥想等等,原理都是相同的。燭光冥想是用眼睛,眼睛張開,不要眨眼,其實只要掌握了原理不使用蠟燭也可以掌握冥想,不使用蠟燭,把眼睛睜開,盡量不眨眼,可控系統達到非可控的時候,眼睛睜開了一會,疲勞了需要眨眼來保護眼睛,但是你控制他,不眨,這時頭腦的思維就停止了,這時候沒有了任何思維。冥想的鍛煉實際上是利用身體可控的部分切斷思維,呼吸也一樣,很多老師會教呼氣、吸氣、屏氣。我們來實驗一下,深吸一口氣後屏息,在屏息這一瞬間頭腦進入真空狀態,無法進行思維。就進入了DHYANA。

The YAM in PRANAYAMA has another meaning: infinite expansion, infinite stretching. When you do a posture to reach infinite stretching, you will enter the state of DHYANA. Practicing the posture is to use the limit of the body. Candlelight meditation is to use the eyes, open the eyes, don't blink, in fact, as long as you master the principle, you can master meditation without using candles, do not use candles, open your eyes, try not to blink, when the controllable system reaches uncontrollable, the eyes Open for a while, tired and need to blink to protect the eyes, but you control him and don't blink, then the thinking of the mind stops, and there is no thinking at this time. The practice of meditation is actually to use the controllable parts of the body to cut off the mind. The same is true for breathing. Many teachers will teach you to exhale, inhale, and hold your breath. Let's experiment. Take a deep breath and hold your breath. At the moment of holding your breath, your mind will enter a vacuum state, and you will not be able to think. Just entered DHYANA.
When thinking is cut off, there is a kind of energy that flows automatically into perception. It is difficult for perception and thinking to exist at the same time. When thinking is too strong, perception will disappear.
This state of DHYANA is in a kind of perception, and this perception is wisdom. Not a child or a lunatic without the perception of the mind. The minds of children and madmen are low-level and unactivated, and their perceptions are ignorant and unintelligent. DHYANA is a high unity of consciousness and wisdom.
