About this video: This video breaks down the Massachusetts Real Estate Market and whether there will be a Real Estate Crash. It looks at the data in 2005 that led up to the 2007/2008 crash and compares it to the data of the market today. This video looks at inventory, months of inventory and sales data which includes the number of sales as well as the Average Sales Price. We do this in order to get a clear picture as to what the future holds which includes the 2023 Housing Market.

Jeffrey also provides his prediction on where the market is going for the 2022 Housing Market and his opinion as to whether there will be a Housing Market Crash in Massachusetts. He also talks about some markets nationally that he feels could see a drop in real estate prices. We will see a housing price correction, but the question is as to what markets you we will see it in.
