This is a delicious no-bake recipe that only takes 15 mins. The oatmeal energy balls taste wonderful with coffee and can also become a healthy snack.

Ingredients for 10 balls:
3 cups oat flour or quick cooking oats (270g)
1/2 cup peanut butter (125g)
1/2 cup ground flax seed (75g)
1 cup date paste (250g)
1/3 cup coconut oil (70g)

Flavors: dark chocolate, dried prunes, chia seeds.
