Ripple Taking No Crap From SEC

Ripple may be on the verge of ending their lawsuit with the SEC. This is a big maybe, the judge will decide wether to go to trial. Ripple has put up a great fight agaisnt the SEC and have brought forth a very strong case. This could open the doors for crypto if Ripple gets the verdict they are looking for. Many agree that the SEC has stepped out of bounds. The tactics used by the SEC are tyranical and deliberate. The SEC is being looked at like its trying to send a message to the rest of the crypto space and Ripple is not flinching.
