Bakers Life Hardship Withdrawal IGNORED Seniors not allowed to access out of surrender annuity funds

SHADY BUSINESS - Bankers Life FAILS AGAIN - 86 year old client's hardship withdrawal being IGNORED! We are supposedly at the top of the list so that logically means no one has been helped in 3 weeks. Horrible work by North Carolina Commissioner abandoning policy owners for what? This needs to be looked into by an independent investigator, IMO!

What is surplus for if not to pay claims?

How do we get the clients needs met when we are lied to and ignored?
