Valvoline oil change Skid Plate crunched as I was guided to back out of oil bay.

I'm concerned air dam/skid plate may come loose, flap or fall off. Car in front Bay detained, so I had to back out of the oil Bay. Exiting the Bay driving forward, may have not caused damage? Manager Josh
