Ukraine's First Lady calls rape a Russian war 'tactic'

First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska said in a panel that the Russian military is using rape as a “ terrible intimidation tactic” in its war in Ukraine. Zelenska added that Ukrainian prosecutors have begun criminal proceedings in 40 rape cases, 10 involving children.
