Randy addresses the reasonable suspicion that the DC Metropolitan Police Department colluded with the DC Jail Correctional Officers to arrest a man who was assaulted by their own Correctional Officer Paul Hauser on a public sidewalk while on a live-stream video.

Hauser falsified a police report, and despite the existence of the recording which the victim provided as evidence, the Metropolitan Police did not take the victim's statement but instead took him into custody overnight. The charges were immediately dropped by the district attorney, but the book will not close until the nature of this rampant abuse of power is brought to light.

The correctional officers of the DC jail have assaulted roughly a dozen Jan 6ers held in the jail over the last twelve months, a likely pattern of many years of little oversight and unabated anger management issues taken out on a vulnerable population.
