Sometimes you don't have to do anything fancy. Off grid does not mean eating pine cones and forging for food always. You learn to make do with what you have. Just because I'm off grid and homeless does not mean that I do not enjoy a delicious meal. So I thought I would share with you my off grid handmade barbecue meatloaf lunch.
