NHS system we work our strength-flexibility 3/10 days. You can take it as far as you want to go. Once you master your discipline you begin creating true freedom in your life. It’s easy to be a slave to your animal instincts. However it’s learning to rise above these instincts that we gain our power. Discipline is the answer. And building it with your body and through the basic daily things we do and bringing the “being” energy into all the doing we do might be exactly what you need.

Masculine energy could be defined as “doing” energy while feminine is the “being” energy. We live in a highly masculine society where everyone is trying to achieve something. Not saying that is bad but if you leave the being out of it, no matter what you are doing you will not feel fulfilled. Learn to be more, and the doing will happen more naturally anyways.
