How to Self Apply Israeli Pressure Bandage

It's important to actually practice with your gear, including medical. Self applying a pressure bandage in most places other than an upper arm is not difficult, but is easier if you've done it a few time recently enough to get the positioning right and not fumble around. Remember, you will have plenty of stress and pain if you're doing this yourself, why make it harder by not already knowing how?
This particular one is an actual Israeli one, but for the civilian market. No coagulants and white material and packaging. It's the 4" version. You may notice that it's well out of date. I rotate my stock and keep old ones for training and spares. When sealed it's not like this kind of thing really goes bad right at the expiration date.
