Easy overnight oats!

Well balanced macronutrients for better results in energy and body fat. And super fast! Just takes 5 minutes in the evening and it’s ready in the morning 😋

The ingredients can vary depending on your needs, but my bowl here uses this:

70g oats
200ml milk (or to cover the oats)
1tsp cinnamon
20g nut butter
1 scoop @bulk protein powder
Handful berries
