The Finnish Border Guard on Thursday said that traffic arriving at Finland's eastern border with Russia "intensified" overnight. It comes after Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday ordered a partial mobilisation for the war in Ukraine. A total of 4,824 Russians arrived in Finland on Wednesday, up from the 3,133 a week earlier, the Finnish Border Guard added.
