NARVA, ESTONIA: RUSSIAN-SPEAKING EU & NATO CITY

Narva is a city on the eastern edge of Estonia inhabited mostly by ethnic Russians and is 95% Russian speaking. It is also a city inside the European Union (EU)
and a part of NATO. So I wanted to explore this city that borders Russia and with strong Russian ties and see what it was like.
