Dog trapped by net screen wrapped around neck!!!

I put the net screen up about two years ago. I really liked it since the dogs can let themselves in and out by themselves. It had one tear in it from Zaks paw the first day I put it up. Today Peaches when to go out of it but put her head right through the hole. By the time I found her it was already getting very tight and tighter with each circle she made. Thank goodness I always carry a sharp knife in my pocket.
