Texas Governor Abbott Designates Mexican Cartels As Terrorist Organizations

Texas Governor Gregg Abbott has announced that Drug Cartels are now categorized as Foreign Terrorist Organizations and all future Fentanyl deaths will be classified as murder in the state of Texas.
