Mini-Truck (SE07 E11) Recycle batteries, clear some downed trees on trails. why gas $1 more in NY?

Brought some batteries to the recycle center, went from $10 each to $8 each. Got some gas in NY and it is litterally $1 more in NY than CT. WHY!!? Then cleared some trails, gonna need a bigger saw!

Saw a garter snake, a puff mushroom, had deer snort at me, eventful day for sure!!
