Who are the REAL Liu Biao, Li Qi & Liu Cong?

*EDIT* Liu Biao DID NOT already hold the title of Governorship over Jing Province during the Yellow Turban Rebellion. It was some years later when Dong Zhuo came into power when Liu Biao was appointed to restore order in Jing after Sun Jian had killed Wang Rui.
