NY AG announces civil suit against Trump and family

New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) announced today that she is filing a civil suit against Former President Donald Trump over what she says he and his family "violated several state criminal laws, including falsifying business records, issuing false financial statements, insurance fraud, and engaging in a conspiracy to commit each of these state law violations."
