Dr. Strangers, Valiant Thor, and the Council of Twelve Of Venus… Full Story

In 1957, a UFO landed in Alexandria, Virginia, USA. This UFO was from the planet Venus and it contained an apparently human-looking being named Commander Valiant Thor (sometimes referred to as ‘Valiant Thor’ or just ‘Val’) and his flight crew. It later transpired that Commander Valiant Thor was the head of the Council of Twelve on Venus. This is an extended story of Dr. Strangers, Valiant Thor, and why the U.S government declined Valiant Thor’s offer to cooperate with the Venusians.
