Living the BrainGAME™ with Edyta Cote

Before BrainGAME I honestly felt like life was just filled with so much drama. I didn’t understand, and kept having thoughts of, ‘why is this happening to me?’ I was blaming everyone and everything, and most of the time, my body was so tense from all the emotions and the desire to fight back. I was exhausted and unhappy, experiencing anxiety and a lot of chaos. Just before taking the BrainGAME, I was struggling with panic attacks.

BrainGAME helped me to become much healthier, and my well-being increased. I’m no longer in that fight/flight response all the time and wanting to fight. It really invited understanding and peace. I was able to recognize just how much drama I was playing in, and that shifted me, knowing that I could take responsibility and take back my personal power.

My dream for the BrainGAME is for it to become part of the curriculum for early childhood educators. Whoever decides to go into the field takes it, and whenever they want to refresh or take further education, they can come to take it again. Imagine the empowerment and what we could do as a collective of early childhood educators if we were all BrainGAMing with our communities.
