Russian troops advance before Biden's speech to UNGA

The Russian government announced that it would be calling up more than three-hundred-thousand citizen's in the military reserves to participate in the potential annexation of parts of Ukraine. After the Russian Government's announcement, Biden commented, "This war, it's about extinguishing Ukraine's right to exist as a state... that should make your blood run cold."
