Hurricane Fiona turns into a deadly Category 4 storm

As it approaches Bermuda, Hurricane Fiona has grown stronger and is now a Category 4 storm.

Puerto Ricans fought to clear their houses and streets of debris after Fiona poured 6 to 20 inches of rain on the island, and some areas of the island were still without electricity or running water on Wednesday. Tuesday's persistent rain further raised the risk of additional flooding and mudslides. Rescuers transported people to safety using boats, kayaks, and heavy machinery.
