Man Accused Of Killing Teen Because Victim Was Republican Objects To Imposed Bond

At Shannon Brandt's initial court appearance for the killing of Cayler Ellingson, he objected to the idea of any bail being imposed, telling the judge, "I have a job, a life and a house and things I don’t want to see go by the wayside — family that are very important to me." Bail was set at $50K, which the accused killer has since bailed out of jail.
