Why does "Black" mean absolutely nothing?

The term "Black" is a political term that means non-white and represents no specific ethnicity much to the misapprehension of African & African-Caribbean people and the African Diaspora.

What this means is that anyone described as a minority is considered politically Black and capable of usurping resources specifically ringfenced for so-called Blacks.

As the 2,457,549 British African & African-Caribbean UK population (by measure of the census of England & Wales) we must recognise that we are seen as separate from the dominant English population. We're bothered by this system, which includes the ability to deny us opportunities.

Based on this we must establish a system that serves our own self-determination.
