We're socially conditioned to be servants

Our so-called African & Caribbean leaders are socialized by Western education to be puppet subjects perceived as proxy leaders, who carry water for their same Western masters.
As the 2,457,549 British African & African-Caribbean UK population (by measure of the census of England & Wales) we must recognise that we are seen as separate from the dominant English population. We're bothered by this system, which includes the ability to deny us opportunities.
Based on this we must establish a system that serves our own self-determination.
