Yes, there are scorpions in Las Vegas Nevada. They are most commonly found in the desert areas outside of the city. If you are planning on hiking or camping in these areas, be sure to take precautions against these unwanted pests.
There are a few things you can do to avoid scorpions in Las Vegas Nevada. First, try to avoid going barefoot outdoors. If you must go barefoot, be sure to inspect your shoes and clothing for scorpions before putting them on. Second, be aware of your surroundings when hiking or camping in desert areas. Watch for scorpions in dark places such as under rocks or in crevices. Finally, if you are stung by a scorpion, seek medical attention immediately.
The good news is that, even though we do have scorpions, there are a lot of great services to minimize their presence near your home.
