"Black" doesn't mean anything

The term "Black" is a political term that means non-white, it doesn't represent any specific ethnicity and this is why British African & African-Caribbeans find it so hard to compete for ringfenced resources. Anyone who fits into the term BAME is eligible to apply for and usurp so-called Black resources>

As the 2,457,549 British African & African-Caribbean UK population (by measure of the census of England & Wales) we must recognise that we are seen as separate from the dominant English population. We're bothered by this system, which includes the ability to deny us opportunities.

Based on this we must establish a system that serves our own self-determination.
