We can be reverse engineers by using first principles reasoning

By ethnically aggregating, to become an easily identifiable block we will harness our power and better be able to take advantage of ring fenced economic opportunities. It should be understood that Black isn't a specific ethnicity (it is a political term that actually means non-white and includes all non white ethnicities).

As the 2,457,549 British African & African-Caribbean UK population (by measure of the census of England & Wales) we must recognise that we are seen as separate from the dominant English population. We're bothered by this system, which includes the ability to deny us opportunities.

Based on this we must establish a system that serves our own self-determination.
