Does Marching have a specific role?
Marching has a specific role within a wider campaign of justice (to disrupt and highlight cause) that includes, social media, policy formulation (to reframe our outcomes), media coverage (to establish wider awareness), public consultation meetings (to inform and educate) and petitions (to create metric measurement).
As the 2,457,549 British African & African-Caribbean UK population (by measure of the census of England & Wales) we must recognise that we are seen as separate from the dominant English population. We're bothered by this system, which includes the ability to deny us opportunities.
Based on this we must establish a system that serves our own self-determination.
