Recipe Ingredients :

1) Sugar Syrup :
Sugar - 1 & 1/2 cup
Water - 1 & 1/2 cup
Saffron / kesar- few strands

2) Gulab jamun balls :
Medium thick Bread slices - 8
Luckewarm milk - 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp (6 or 7 Tbsp)
Ghee / Clarified butter - 1 Tsp
Oil - 1 & 1/2 cup (Use less oil as it will help to fry balls evenly from all sides)
Pistachio - Garnishing
