We're obligated to understand the difference between natural law and legislative law. Once we understand the difference we can educate ourselves to become sovereigns.
As the 2,457,549 British African & African-Caribbean UK population (by measure of the census of England & Wales) we must recognise that we are seen as separate from the dominant English population. We're bothered by this system, which includes the ability to deny us opportunities.
Based on this we must establish a system that serves our own self-determination.
