Fix and Flip

It’s a great day to hunt for flip properties! This house had a lot going for it but still needed a ton of work to make it shine again. The roof was shot but the hardwood floors were in great shape. I️ got all the info I️ needed while I️ was there, got back to the lab and ran some numbers. I️ came in with what I️ thought was a strong offer but the sellers of this estate wanted more. They are going to try and sell it on the open market.
I️ wished them the best of luck and I’m on to the next one. A big key to investing is being able to walk away from a bad deal.
